Terms of Service

By accessing or using Agentic Engineering Academy (the “Service”), operated by Revuity Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Revuity Systems provides an educational platform for learning agentic engineering. The Service includes:

• Free tier: Access to all guide chapters, resource hub, limited AI assistant (10 questions/day), and video library.
• Pro tier: Unlimited AI tutor, video quizzes, cross-device sync, interactive builders, template downloads, and digest emails.
• Team tier: All Pro features plus shared notes, team dashboard, CLAUDE.md builder, and priority support for teams of 5 or more.
• Enterprise: Custom terms, security templates, custom learning paths, private video upload, SSO, and dedicated onboarding. Contact us for pricing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account credentials with others. Each account is for a single individual.
• You must notify us immediately at jay@revuitysys.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Current Pricing

• Pro: $19/month or $149/year
• Team: $49/seat/month (5-seat minimum) or $382/seat/year

Free Trial

Pro and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge during the trial period. You may cancel any time during the trial at no cost.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account at /account → Manage Subscription. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds for monthly subscriptions.

See our Refund Policy for details. Annual subscribers may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days.

Price Changes

We may change pricing with at least 30 days advance notice via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Certified Agentic Engineer (CAE) is a professional credential issued by Revuity Systems, a private organization. It is not a government-issued license, academic degree, or accredited certification.

Credential Validity: CAE credentials are valid for two (2) years from the date of issue. Holders must complete a renewal assessment before expiration to maintain active status. Expired credentials are marked as such on the public verification page.

Post-Nominal Use: Credential holders are authorized to use the designation “CAE” after their name in professional communications, including LinkedIn, email signatures, resumes, and business cards.

Revocation: Revuity Systems reserves the right to revoke a credential for fraud, misrepresentation of the credential's nature, submission of plagiarized lab projects, or violation of these terms.

Misrepresentation: Representing the CAE as a government license, academic degree, or Anthropic-issued certification is grounds for immediate revocation.

Exam Content: Revuity Systems may modify exam questions, passing requirements, and lab criteria at any time. Changes do not affect previously issued credentials.

Fees: Certification is included with an active Pro subscription. Exam access is non-refundable once granted. Failed candidates may retake per the retake policy at no additional charge.

No Employment Guarantee: The CAE credential does not guarantee employment, salary levels, or career outcomes.

Not Affiliated with Anthropic: This certification program is independently operated by Revuity Systems and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC.

Revuity Systems reserves the right to discontinue the certification program with reasonable notice to credential holders.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to extract, scrape, or bulk-download guide content for use outside the Service.
• Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
• Attempt prompt injection or other adversarial attacks on the AI assistant.
• Share your Pro or Team account credentials with others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal individual use.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Our Content

The guide content, original frameworks (ATFAA, SHIELD, PSB, and other proprietary instructional frameworks), visual design, and platform code are © 2026 Revuity Systems. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party product names, company names, and trademarks referenced in the Service belong to their respective owners. References are nominative and provided for educational context.

Technical Information

Factual technical information about agentic engineering tools, commands, flags, and behaviors is derived from public documentation, original testing, and community resources. Command syntax and technical specifications are functional facts, not copyrightable expression. All original analysis, instructional framing, examples, and explanatory content are original works of Revuity Systems.

User Content

Notes and other content you create using the Service remain your property. By creating content through the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content to you within the platform. We do not claim ownership of your notes or use them for any other purpose.

Third-Party Content

YouTube videos embedded in the Service remain the property of their respective creators. Revuity Systems does not claim ownership of third-party video content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• Guide content is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, career, or otherwise).
• Salary ranges and market data are approximate estimates compiled from public sources. They are not guarantees of income.
• We make no guarantee of career outcomes, job placement, income levels, or employer satisfaction.
• AI assistant responses may contain errors, outdated information, or hallucinations. Always verify critical information from official sources.
• Agentic engineering tools and behaviors may change without notice. Refer to official vendor documentation for the most current information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVUITY SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revuity Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by visiting /account and selecting “Delete Account.” Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
