    Refund Policy

    We want you to be satisfied with the Guide. Our policy is simple and fair — we'll work with you if you have an issue.

    14-Day Free Trial

    All Pro and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge whatsoever.

    To cancel during your trial: go to /account → Manage Subscription → Cancel in the Stripe portal.

    Monthly Subscriptions

    • Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
    • We do not provide refunds for the current billing month.
    • When you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
    • To cancel: /account → Manage Subscription → Cancel.

    Annual Subscriptions

    • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year.
    • Within the first 30 days: If you are not satisfied, contact us at jay@revuitysys.com and we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
    • After 30 days: Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but we review each case individually (see Goodwill Refunds below).

    Goodwill Refunds

    We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis with a focus on being fair. If you have a situation not covered above — a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, a billing error, or another legitimate reason — contact us at jay@revuitysys.com and we will do our best to make it right.

    We do not issue refunds for:

    • Change of mind after 30 days on an annual plan
    • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
    • Partial use of features

    How to Request a Refund

    1. Email jay@revuitysys.com with subject line “Refund Request.”
    2. Include your account email address and the reason for your request.
    3. We will respond within 3 business days.
    4. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days.

    How to Cancel

    Cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal:

    1. Go to /account
    2. Click “Manage Billing”
    3. In the Stripe portal, select “Cancel subscription”

    Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe at any time.
